Dear Marilette,

Atma Namaste, One of my co-healer wants to

practice the Super Brain Yoga exercise. But since she

has a stout body, it is difficult for her to get up

easily after sitting down during this exercise.

So, can this exercise be done in a simple way, like

using the same hand position and breathing pattern for

this exercise and doing Semi Squats instead of full

squatting?

Thank you for your help and guidance.

with respect and love,

Raghu N.

Dear Raghu,

Atma namaste.

Thank you for your email.

Given the conditions described, semi squats will be

sufficient until your friend can gain strength in her

legs to handle the exercise as instructed.

Love,

Marilette
