Iam always falling sick. I have two kids to look after. Iam 40 years old. I have done P.healing upto the prep.level. Have i accumulated so much bad karma that iam always suffering. Iam undergoing P.healing for my ailments. I can't do Twin Hearts meditation because of eye pressure. Advise me as to what i should do attain good health? In Pranic Healing, we are taught that healing the subtle energy body affects and heals the visible material physical body. How do you heal the subtle energy body in order to effect changes in th physical body? 1. Regular pranic healing treatment. 2. Physical purifications : regular physical exercises, regular bath in water with salt, proper diet with proper amounts of fresh water. 3. Inner purifications or character-building: introspection, firm resolutions, development of virtues. 4. Tithing and service. 5. Avoid negative thoughts, negative emotions, negative activities and negative environment. 6. Pranic breathing, 5 minutes per session, several session per day. Regular medical check up and religiously following your doctor's orders are very important. Karma is the universal Law of Cause and Effect. The choices we make cause effects in our life. Karma is dynamic, which means that if the cause is changed, the effects change. When there are certain situations which we consider to be negative are present in our life, 1.) we can invoke for guidance and protection 2.) then do inner reflection. The purpose for the inner reflection is not to lay blame on ourselves or others for the negative situation, but to check which choices we have been habitually making, sometimes unconsciously and habitually, that result in the unwanted effect, like disease. Once the choices have been identified, 3.) Make a firm resolution to do what is right. This may be written down in order to make the thought clearer in your mind. Place the note in prominent place where you can see it as a reminder to yourself. 4.) Visualizations may be done to support the decision to change. Visualize yourself doing the right thing when faced with situations (where you would have previously made poor choices, like eating food that aggravate your condition, speaking out of turn to certain persons or situations, or emotional reactions to situations/persons, etc.) 5.) Write down self affirmations. Make a list of your good traits and what you are thankful in your life, including your good health and your old and new right choices. Read this list once or more times per day to yourself. 6. Give thanks for your healing and your life. Since you have taken several courses of Master CHoa Kok Sui, you have been taught all of the simple, practical steps. You can do these. You are going to be fine. Love, Marilette 1.
