Guest guest
Dear Marilette, I am new to pranic healing, having just taken the basic class a few weeks ago. I have been smoking a pack and 1/2 for about 30 years. I quit in December for about 30 days, but smoked one cigarette in a stressful moment and am back to smoking about a pack a day. A more experienced pranic healer offered to help me quit and we had our first session yesterday. Do you have any suggestions or tips to help me through the strong urges? Pranic breathing seems to help and pressing on the ajna. Thank you for any assistance you can give me. Love, Jenny ======================================================================= Dear Jenny, Namaste. Thank you for your email. These steps are recommended to permanently quit an unwanted habit like smoking. Steps 1 to 7 are done during a single session. One or more treatment sessions may be required depending on the subject's receptivity and will to get healed: 1. Realize you have a problem - in this case, smoking. 2. Have the desire to stop the habit. The right internal motivation and the will to do what you desire are important. e.g. motivation: health, vanity, budget, convenience, family, etc. the person must have a certain degree of inner strength to act on her/his desire or thought with emotion. 4. Undergo thorough proper Pranic Healing with emphasis on general and local cleansing. 5. Visualize yourself or make a sincere wish that you are very happy, relaxed, healthy and no longer smoking. 6. Do the Meditation in Twin Hearts including the exercises before and after the meditation. 7. Go about your normal service or work activities. 8. Practice The Meditation on Twin Hearts regularly after general and localized sweeping. 9. Do Pranic Breathing regularly for 12 cycles or up to 5 minutes per session, several sessions per day. This protocol is simple, fast and effective. No withdrawal symptoms. Love, Marilette
