Let me wish u all, A happy loving and joyfull new

year.

 

Iam suffering from irrational fears, like moving with

people,talkingwith the people.Iam always thinking,

what other people are thinking about me,iam

alwaysworried about the others statements about me.Iam

living with this type of irrational thinking for long

time.facing hell every day.

 

I have done Pranic Psychitherapy Course.

Pls Suggest me the correct procedure to heal from

this.

1. Invoke before, during and after treatment.

 

2. Play the Om cd and do deep abdominal pranic

breathing properly for 10 to 20 minutes until you

feel normalized. Continue pranic breathing during

treatment.

 

3. Localized thorough sweeping and energizing on your

front and back solar plexus chakra using EV.

 

4. Localized thorough sweeping and energizing on the

crown, ajna and throat chakras using EV.

 

5. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy.

 

6. Practice the Meditation on Twin Hearts properly

everyday.

 

7. Practice positive self-imaging once per day while

practicing pranic breathing:

 

Visualize the stressful situation.

Look at it detachedly and objectively.

Visualize yourself as being calm and doing the right

thing.

 

This practice creates a positive thought pattern that

will condition you to react positively to similar

stressful conditions. Continue this practice until

your reaction to stressful situations have become calm

and normal.

 

8. Have a regular healthy nutritionally balanced diet

with plenty of fresh vegetables and fresh fruits.

Take proper amounts of fresh water.

 

9. Do aerobic exercises for 30 minutes to one hour

per session regularly. This cleanses and strengthens

the physical body and relieves stress.

 

10. Ask your medical doctor for the vitamin and

mineral supplements suited for your condition. Take

these supplements with your regular diet.

 

11. Bathe in water with salt every day before

meditation and self healing.
