High rheumatoid factor

Hello. I need your advise.

 

Last week I knew that my rheumatoid factor is 79.4(normal is from 0 to

25)... So it is too bad!!.

Sometimes I have joints pain and have a kind of fibromas near the

bones of legs, specially the right one (painful also). I have to go

to the doctor, and I am sure he will give me medicine ¡¡¡for the rest

of my life!!! and the idea does not like me too much...What can I do

to heal me?.
