Hi!

Are there any protocols in Pranic Healing dealing with

'Morbid Obesity'?

Thank you,

Kim Duggan

======================================================

Dear Kim,

Namaste.

Thank you for your email.

Medical Background:

The term morbid obesity refers to patients who are 50

- 100% or 100 pounds above their ideal body weight.

Alternatively, a BMI (body mass index) value greater

than 39 may be used to diagnose morbid obesity.

Medical problems commonly resulting from untreated

morbid obesity include the following:

-Diabetes

-Hypertension

-Heart disease

-Stroke

-Certain cancers, including breast and colon

-Depression

-Osteoarthritis

Affected people may gradually develop hypoxemia

(decreased blood oxygen saturation) and have problems

with sleep apnea (periodic cessation of breathing

while asleep).

Decreased blood oxygen and problems associated with

sleep apnea may result in feeling drowsy through the

day (somnolence), high blood pressure, and pulmonary

hypertension. In extreme cases, especially when

medical treatment is not sought, this can lead to

right-sided heart failure (cor pulmonale), and

ultimately death.

Common Causes

-Excessive caloric intake

-Thyroid disorders

-Lack of physical activity

Pranic Healing:

Psychotherapy by Master Choa Kok Sui.

1. Invoke and scan before, during and after

treatment.

2. a.) If the patient has no other medical conditions

like hypertension, heart ailment, glaucoma or is

pregnant, play the MTH CD and instruct the patient to

follow the guided meditation.

b.) If the patient is unable to practice the MTH due

to the above-mentioned conditions,

- instruct the patient how to do proper abdominal

pranic breathing (6-3-6-3). The patient has to do 12

cycles of pranic breathing before start of treatment

and continue pranic breathing during treatment.

- then apply the appropriate pranic healing

protocol for the other medical condition.

3. General sweeping twice.

4. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

solar plexus chakra, the throat, secondary throat, jaw

minor, forehead and crown chakras with LEV or EV.

Energize them with LEV or EV.

5. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

heart chakra. Energize through the back heart chakra

with LEV.

6. Localized thorough sweeping on the ajna chakra

with EV. Energize the ajna with EV simultaneously

gently and firmly instruct the ajna to normalize and

harmonize all the other chakras and internal organs.

7. Localized thorough sweeping on the navel and the

small and large intestines. Energize the navel with

LWG, LWO then LWR. Apply more localized sweeping.

If the patient is pregnant, just apply localized

sweeping on the navel and energize it with W.

8. Localized thorough sweeping on the basic chakra.

Energize with LWR.

9. Rescan the front and back solar plexus chakra and

throat chakra. If they are still overactivated,

repeat thorough sweeping using EV then energize the

chakra with LB simultaneously will the chakra to

become smaller, same as the average size of the other

major chakras.

10. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy.

11. Repeat treatment 3 times per week for 3 months or

more. It is understood that the patient must have a

certain degree of willingness to reach desired healthy

weight.

12. For the patient:

a.) Regular daily physical exercise for 30 minutes to

1 hour per session.

b.) Do pranic breathing regularly everyday esoecially

when experiencing stress.

c.) Unless the patient is pregnant or there is a

medical hindrance to the proper practice of the

Meditation on Twin Hearts, practice the Meditation on

Twin Hearts daily.

d.) Eat a balanced healthy diet in the right portions.

Take sufficient amounts of fresh water daily.

e.) Continue regular treatment for other ailments, if

any.

Love,

Marilette
