Guest guest
Dear Marilette, Namaste. I need your guidance treating a 50 day old baby, she was born prematurely (at 7 and a half months) due to Perinatal Asphyxia, she had grade II Intraventicular Haemorrhage. Currently she has cystic periventricular leucomalacia (in the fronto parietal region - left side more than the right), she also has cholestatic jaundice and stage I, zone III right-sided retinopathy of prematurity. Since birth, the circumference of the head / brain has not grown appreciably and her EEG shows multi focal generalised, lateralised seizure activities. Clinically, she doesn't show any seizures. (The father is a doctor, hence all the medical terms!) I would be grateful for the treatment procedure for the baby. Thank you Sriram
