Guest guest
It seems realy strange that the book " your hands can heal " makes no mention of the dan tien spot - 3 or 4 fingers below the navel. It is the storage place for prana mentioned in all chi kung breath writings. Did anybody ask about that during your classes? robert ======================================================= Dear Robert, Thank you for your email. The tan tien or dan tien is not mentioned because the book you refrred to is about general principles, concepts and techniques for healilng, not for martial arts. Actually, there are hundreds of minor and major chakras and several layers and types of subtle energy. To have a systematic approach, only those essential for proper healing application healing are discussed.
