Dear Meline,

Namaste.

Thank you for your email.

Medical Background:

Tetralogy of Fallot is a type of heart problem which

consists of four different heart defects.

The first defect is called a ventricular septal defect

(VSD). This is a hole between the two bottom chambers

(ventricles) of the heart.

The second defect is called Pulmonary Stenosis. This

is a narrowing at or just below the pulmonary valve.

The third part of Tetralogy of Fallot involves the

aorta being positioned over the ventricular septal

defect instead of in the left ventricle.

Finally, the right ventricle in infants born with

Tetralogy of Fallot is more muscular than normal.

Some children with Tetralogy of Fallot have blue

spells which are also called " tet spells. " These

spells occur because of a decrease in the amount of

blood going to the lungs. Spells are more likely to

occur between the ages of 2 to 4 months of life. They

are also more likely to occur after waking up. Most

babies with Tetralogy of Fallot are pink and do not

experience tet spells. You may notice that when you

baby cries, there is some change in color. This is

expected and not a true spell.

How is it treated?

If your child becomes blue either with crying, during

feeding, or at other times, you should comfort your

baby by picking him or her up and pulling the knees up

to the chest. This will help blood get to the lungs

more easily. If your child does not regain color

quickly after comfort and pulling the knees up, you

should go to the closest emergency room. Otherwise,

contact your cardiologist right away. If the baby

becomes weak or limp with crying contact the closest

emergency room or ambulance by calling 911

immediately.

Surgical correction of Tetralogy of Fallot is usually

performed at our center between 6 and 12 months of

age. However, if tet spells occur, surgery may be

necessary sooner. Although children with Tetralogy of

Fallot do not usually require medications before

surgical repair, a few do. After surgery it may be

necessary to use medications for several months while

the child recovers.

Pranic Healing:

Since the patient is a very young infant, it is

important to soften the energy and apply the protocols

very gently. The healer must avoid being willful.

Sui.

1. Invoke and scan before, during and after

treatment.

2. Touch your heart with the pads of the fingers of

your passive hand. Smile. Radiate loving kindness

towards the patient for 1 to 2 minutes. Continue

doing this step during treatment.

If there is radical reaction at anytime, apply

localized sweeping until the patient is completely

relieved.

3. Very gently, apply general sweeping.

4. Gentle localized thorough sweeping on the front

and back heart chakra. Lightly and very gently

energize the heart chakra through the back heart

chakra with LEV.

5. Apply more gentle localized sweeping on the front

heart chakra.

6. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

solar plexus chakra.

Lightly energize the solar plexus gently with LEV.

7. Localized thorough sweeping on the navel and the

basic chakras. Energize them with white.

8. Localized thorough sweeping on the crown,

forehead, ajna and throat chakras. Lightly energize

them with LEV.

9. For a few minutes, still smiling, radiating loving

kindness and touching your heart, simultaneously

visualize the patient's heart chakra as bright, the

physical heart as normal, healthy and strong. Avoid

using too much will.

10. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy.

11. Repeat treatment several times per week for as

long as necessary.

Love,

Marilette

Pranic Healing is not intended to replace orthodox medicine, but rather to

complement it. If symptoms persist or the ailment is severe, please consult

immediately a medical doctor and a Certified Pranic Healer . ~ Master Choa Kok
