Dear Juergen,

Namaste.

When the Ganesha exercise is done properly as taught by Master Choa Kok Sui, it

rejuvenates the brain cells as the energy from the lower chakras are directed

properly up to the head.

Precautions: The exercises must not be practiced by women starting from 2 days

before, during and until 2 days after their last menstral flow. The person must

not also have any infections in the lower parts of the body. The person's

energy body must be relatively clean before doing this exercise, otherwise the

diseased energy will be brought up to the head.

The exercise may be done for 7 cycles after the sets of physical exercises done

before the Meditation on Twin Hearts but not after the Meditation.

Love,

Marilette
