Guest guest
Dear Walid, Coincidenally I have read about this too. Also about not eating during dusk. Why? Twilight is the confluence of night and day. This is a time when there are a lot of worldly vibrations. Because the atmosphere is impure it will affect us. It is because of this that spiritual aspirants are encourage to chant the Divine Names and not to comsume food nor sleep during this time.
