Guest guest
What is the Ganesh exeercise ? can you describe it please Gabriel ======================================================Dear Gabriel, Namaste. The ganesh exercise, as taught my Grand Master Choa kok Sui, may be done as part of the physical exercises before the Meditation on Twin Hearts. The person's system must be cleaned before doing this exercise. Ref. : Inner teachings of Hinduism Revealed by Master Choa Kok Sui, pp. 94-97. Warning: To avoid getting sick or worse, people who wish to practice this technique must avoid eating pork and other dirty food--they should eat predominantly vegetarian food. For menstruating women - do not do this exercise 2 days before, during and 2 days after menstrual flow. 1. Scan the brain before, and after the exercise. 2. Face east. 3. Stand with your feet shoulder length apart. 4. Connect your tongue to your palate. 5. Cross your arms over your chest, right arm over left arm. 6. Hold your right ear lobe with your left hand's thumb (in front) and forefinger(at the back). 7. Hold your left ear lobe with your right hand's thumb ( in front) and forefinger (at the back). 8. Inhale as you squat. 9. Exhale as you stand up. 10. Do steps 8 and 9 for 7 cycles per day, gradually increasing it to 14 cycles per day. If this exercise is properly done regularly, the brain will be revitalized and rejuvenated. Love, Marilette Pranic Healing is not intended to replace orthodox medicine, but rather to complement it.
