Guest guest
Dear Lee-Anne, Namaste. Thank you for your email. Tattoos: a. Color - effect is similar to the effect of the color of clothes a person wears. b. Type of pigment used - each type of material will create a distinct effect on the surrounding flesh and energy. c. Tattoo artist - the energy of the tattoo artist is embedded together with the pigments as the tattoo is drawn. d. Type of image - drawing an image creates a two-dimentional thoughtform. There are several levels of truth. What we find to be true today evolves to a greater truth as we evolve. As you have stated, you seriously aspire for greater things. You may want to consider wearing a more practical, flexible, less invasive reminder of your truths. A tattoo is almost indellible, or at least would require a long time or a minor surgery to change or erase. Love, Marilette ==================================================== Dear Marilette, Namaste I am currently considering a tattoo and have read previous messages (1572 & 913) on the subject. I am aware of the health risks associated with the procedure. My question is about placement and colour. For example would a blue tattoo have an inhibiting effect on ajacent chakras/ red, activating etc. We don't use certain colour prana on certain areas, would it follow that certain ink colours should be avoided? In my case I am considering a lotus flower, possibly purple, and as this would be personal thing rather than an art statement I would like it to be on the lower back or lower pelvic region to be covered by my swimwear. I am concerned about putting a thoughtform, albeit a possitive one, in an inappropriate place and or in an inappropriate colour. From the previous messages I infer that tattooing is not recomended but is that purely because it is a silly thing to do with regards to the physical risks? I have progressed as far as Arhat prep level and intend to continue on. I do not wish to hinder my progress through ignorance. As an associated topic. The father of my child is heavily tatooed with predominantly negative images. Is there a way to remove or reduce the effects of thoughtforms that would be attached to them?
