Encephalitis sequels

I will highly appreciate yor guidance regarding the adequate treatment for a

7-year old child, who

was born healthy but at two years old he had a encephalitis, which left the

following sequels him:

 

- Fine motor skills difficulties

- Less degree of difficulties in gross motor skills

- Delay in the maturation

- Epilepsy (the medication does not do much effect)

 

Electroencephalograms show a great intensity of the electrical activity of

the brain, often with great discharges that turn into convulsions.
