Guest guest
Namaste! My wife is going to deliver a baby in early December. The pregnency is normal. No drama. But I would like to help them along and help to have her and the baby more prepared for the delivery. Is there anything I can do? How do I decrease labour pain? Anything I should/can do immediately for both Mother and baby right after delivery? Is it ok to bring salt water bowl into delivery theather? Is it possible to help her to " will " /sweep labour pain into salt water? Please advice. Thanks in advance! Wee Kee ====================================================== Dear Wee Kee, Namaste. Thank you for your email. I. Before delivery: Maybe applied starting now, once per day 1. Light physical exercise. 2. Invoke. 3. Gentle general sweeping twice. If the back is painful, apply localized sweeping on the lower back for a few times. Do not energize. 4. Meditation on Twin Hearts with both eyes open. This may be done as a couple two or three times per week. 5. Daily as a couple, at the same time: a. Visualize the unborn child. b. Smile at the child. c. Wait for the response. d. Silently or softly say loving, sweet, reassuring words to the child. e. Bless the child with love, peace, good health, beauty, intelligence, good will, wisdom, inner strength, abundance, balanced development and spirituality. (You may add other positive affirmations.) f. Visualize the child being born happily with great facility. 6. Stabillize and release projected energy. 7. Do light physical exercise. II. For pregnant women who have difficulty in giving birth: On the birthing day, this may be done distantly - Use a basin with water and salt as disposal unit. A. Apply thorough general sweeping on the birthing room several times. This may be repeated every 1 to 2 hours or until the baby is born. B. 1. Apply general sweeping on the patient. 2. GENTLY : Apply localized sweeping and energizing on the navel chakra and the sex chakra. This is to ease the labor and facilitate childbirth. This step may be repeated once every 3 to 4 hours. 3. If the back is painful, apply localized sweeping on the lower back for a few times. DO NOT ENERGIZE. 4. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy. III.
