What to expect when you arrive at the 6th WPH Convention in Bellaria Italy!!

Dearest Pranic Family,

Loving Greetings!

The 6th World Pranic Healer's Convention is only two weeks away! Are you sure

you can't find a way to join us?

Our host and hostess, Loretta and Leonardo and the EIFIS Editore staff,

describe the small town and procedure for Registration  for the Convention like

this:

 

The meeting point for the Convention is at the Centro Congresso Europeo, in

Bellaria (RN).

 

Centro Congresso has no address, because Bellaria is a very small town with

less then 8000 inhabitants, and the Convention Hall is the largest building in

the city. Both Registration and the Welcome Dinner will take place in the

same building, the Centro Congresso.

 

For non-Italian guests, there is a pickup service from Rimini Airport, from

Forli Airport and from Rimini Train Station - making transfers to the

Convention Center in Bellaria easy for all participants.

 

For this reason we are requesting that all participants send us their flight

and arrival details - WELL IN ADVANCE, in order to organize this pickup

service more efficiently.

 

Due to the large number of participants, and because the number of

participants is continuously changing, room assignments are not being made in

advance.

Please be prepared for all Hotels to be assigned upon arrival!

 

Please allow plenty of time for your registration! Be assured that the staff

will work very hard to keep the Pranic Group easily connected in their various

hotel categories. The staff is prepared to do all that they can to make each

of the participants happy ... but please work with the staff by being patient

and calm during the registration, in order to facilitate processing more

rapidly.

 

To avoid tiring queues at the registration desk, please try to see that  your

payments for the Convention and Tour Packages are settled PRIOR to  arriving

for the Convention.

 

Your Convention Kit will be  received upon registration at the Centro

Congresso upon arrival. The Convention Kit will contain the vouchers needed for

you

to check into your assigned hotel.

 

Together with the Convention Kit you will receive a map, so that you may

easily check where you are -- and when you have to go to get to your hotel.

Additionally you will easily be able to locate other the interesting points

(bank,

chemist's, Restaurants, Mc Donald's, and so on).

 

All hotels are managed through an outward reservation center, so it is not

possible to obtain hotel rooms without showing your voucher. If you need to

change your hotel, please contact the planning committee.

 

Everyone is invited to the Welcome Party on the evening of 1st October.

Informal Clothing is recommended, and white color would be welcome.

 

The average temperature in October is 22°c during the day and 16°c in the

night, and the weather is generally wet.
