Dear Galina,

Namaste.

Insect bites: Treat the affected area with greenish

blue prana (GB).

NOTE: Use GB ( 30% green, 70% blue) only on the spot

of the insect bite.

Use G-B with caution on or near delicate organs.

DO NOT use G-B for any of the following:

a. general sweeping,

b. the elderly,

c. persons below 20 years old or those over 40 years

old;

d. prolonged periods of treatment,

>Is there

> certain energy that attracts bugs and moskitoes?

Certain individuals are more attractive to biting

arthropods( insects, ticks and other invertebrates

with exoskeletons and jointed legs), but these

differences appear to relate to body heat, body odor,

the use of fragrances, and carbon dioxide excretion.

Differences in individual reactions to arthropods are

a reflection of the individual's immune status.

> Second, is there anything could be done to improve

> memory? What do you think I can do to prevent

> any further damage, and restore what's been lost.

Assuming that this condition is due to the natural

aging process and NOT due to brain injury or trauma,

you may use the following for mental rejuvenation :

Source: Pranic Healing Level 1

1. Sweep the entire head.

2. Touch the tip of your tongue against your pallete.

Maintain this position throughout this exercise.

3. Cradle your back head with the palms of both

hands.

Maintain this posture throughout this exercise.

4. Do abdominal pranic breathing for 5 -15 minutes.

You may do this procedure several times per day and

after mental work to prevent mental

exhaustion/fatigue.

Supplementary activities:

5. Have a regular routine involving mentally

challenging or mental problem-solving activities like

crossword puzzles, chess, learn new courses and

develop new skills, etc.

6. Socialize with interesting and active people.

7. Regular physical exercise.

8. Proper nutritionally balanced diet.

Love,

Marilette
