Dear Liliana,

Namaste.

Thank you for your email.

Medical Background:

Flat feet is a condition in which the foot doesn't

have a normal arch. It may affect one foot or both

feet. Most people have a gap between in the inner side

of the foot and the ground when they are standing.

This is referred to as an " arch " . Feet that have a low

arch or no arch at all are referred to as flat feet or

fallen arches. On standing the patient will have a

flat arch and the foot may roll over to the inner

aspect.

The symptoms vary depending on the severity of the

condition. Individuals may experience corns, hard skin

under the sole of the foot. The arch area may be

tender and shoes will tend to wear out quickly. In

severe cases the patient may experience calf, knee and

hip pain.

Causes of flat feet:

- hereditary,

- In most cases it is caused through a biomechanical

complaint (abnormal walking) such as Fore Foot Varus.

This is a condition in which the subtaler joint in the

foot over pronates (rolls in too much).

-A ruptured tendon (tibilias posterior) can lead to a

flat foot.

-Cerebral palsy,

-spina bifida and

-muscular dystrophy can also lead to a flat foot

condition

Pranic Healing:

1. Invoke and scan before, during and after

treatment.

2. General sweeping.

3. If a primary disease is causing the flat feet

condition, apply pranic healing for the primary

disease before treating the flat feet.

4. Localized thorough sweeping on the feet, the legs,

the hip, knee and sole minor chakras.

5. Energize the minor chakras with LWR.

6. Localized thorough sweeping on the navel, basic and

perinium chakras. Energize them with LWR.

7. Localized thorough sweeping on the ajna chakra.

Energize it with LWG and more of ordinary LWV.

8. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

solar plexus chakra and the liver. Energize the solar

plexus with white.

9. Stabililze and release projected pranic energy.

10. Repeat treatment two to three times per week.

Recommend for patient:

1. Regular daily physical exercise.

2. Walk barefoot on tip toes for 15-20 minutes each

day around the room or walk barefoot on the sand or

beach for one hour regularly. Do this without over

exertion.

3. Balanced nutritious diet.

4. Wear comfortable shoes with correct arch support.

Include arch support insoles, if necessary, until foot

arch is sufficiently healed.

Love,

Marilette

Pranic Healing is not intended to replace orthodox medicine, but rather to

complement it. If symptoms persist or the ailment is severe, please consult

immediately a medical doctor and a Certified Pranic Healer . ~ Master Choa Kok

Sui

Miracles do not happen in contradiction to nature, but only to that which is

known to us in nature. ~ St. Augustine
