Guest guest
Dear C.W. Namaste. Thank you for your email. Medical Background: The tongue is mainly composed of muscles. It is covered with a mucous membrane. Small bumps (papillae) cover the upper surface of the tongue. Between the papillae are the taste buds, which provide the sense of taste. In addition to taste, the tongue functions in moving food to aid chewing and swallowing, and it is important in speech. Changes in appearance of the tongue may indicate a primary tongue disorder or may be a symptom of other disorders. Taste abnormalities can be caused by damage to the taste buds, neurologic abnormalities, side effects of medications, infections, and many other conditions. The tongue normally senses sweet, salty, sour, and bitter tastes. Other " tastes " are actually a function of the sense of smell. " Furry tongue " or " hairy tongue " is a harmless condition that involves enlargement and profusion of tongue papillae, causing the tongue to appear hairy or furry. Some possible causes of a hairy tongue: -antibiotic therapy -bacteria, food, tobacco, coffee, or dyes in drugs and food -chronic debilitating disorders -habitual use of mouthwashes containing oxidizing or astringent agents. -irradiation of the head and neck Pranic Healing: 1.Invoke and scan before, during and after treatment. 2. General cleansing. 3. Localized thorough cleansing of the nasal area and the tongue alternately with LWG and ordinary LWV. Energize with LWG and ordinary LWV and little of LWR. 4. Localized thorough sweeping on the jaw minor chakras and the front and back of the neck area, alternately with LWG and ordinary LWV. Energize with LWG and ordinary LWV. 5.Localized thorough sweeping on the throat chakra. Energize with LWG, LWB, then ordinary LWV. 6. Localized thorough sweeping on the lungs: front, sides and back. Energize through the back of the lungs with LWG, LWO and ordinary LWV. When energizing with orange prana, your fingers should be pointed away from the patient's head. 7. Localized thorough sweeping on the basic chakra. Energize it with LWR or with White. If the patient has fever or venereal disease, do not energize the basic chakra. Just apply thorough localized sweeping on it. 8. Localized thorough sweeping on both arms and both legs with emphasis on the minor chakras. Energize the minor chakras with LWR or with ordinary LWV. If the patient has fever, just use ordinary LWV. If ordinary LWV is used, do not repeat this step more than once per day. 9. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back spleen chakra and on the navel chakra. Energize the navel chakra with with ordinary LWV. 10. If the spleen is painful, energize the spleen chakra directly with LWG then with ordinary LWV. Then apply more localized sweeping on the front and back spleen chakra. Avoid over energizing the spleen chakra. 11. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back solar plexus chakra and the liver. Energize the solar plexus chakra with LWG, LWB then with ordinary LWV. 12. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back heart chakra. Energize through the back heart chakra with LWV. 13. Localized thorough sweeping on the crown chakra, ajna chakra, the forehead chakra and the back head minor chakra. Energize them with LWG and then with more of ordinary LWV. 14. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy. 15. Repeat treatment three times per week. Recommend for patient: 1. Eat daily a nutritionally balanced healthy fresh food diet. 2. No coffee or tobacco; avoid food that cause allergy, avoid overly processed foods, avoid foods that contain artificial food enhancers, food colorant or synthetic addititives. 3. The woman also has been told she has " furry tongue " which I have never heard of before. Thank you. C.W. ===== " Real self-knowledge is the awakening to consciousness of the Divine Nature of Man.
