Thank you for your email which was forwarded for proper reply. Basic and Advanced Pranic Healing deal with the treatment of physical ailments. Sustained negative emotions like anger or other negative thoughts cause weakness or ruptures the chakral webs. It results in psychological disorders and attracts other like negative energy, deteriorating the situation further. Pranic Psychotherapy may be applied to the persons, the situation, and the environment involved. Intervention for emotional problems with pranic psychotherapy may be applied as complimentary to clinical psychology and psychiatry. Pranic Healing: for stress and irritability Source: Pranic Psychotherapy by Master Choa Kok Sui. Before start of pranic psychotherapy healing: 1. Do the Meditation on Twin Hearts and bless the persons, the situation and the environment of those persons with Divine Love, compassion, harmony, understanding, inner peace, inner healing, good health, abundance and spiritual growth. 2. Cut the negative energy cord connecting the two persons. 3. Stabilize and release. During healing: 4. Instruct the patient how to do the Meditation on Twin Hearts properly including the recommended physical exercises. If the patient has medical conditions that prevent the proper practice of the MTH, simply instruct the patient how to do abdominal pranic breathing ( 7-1-7-1 ) to relieve stress. Have the patient do 12 cycles before you start treatment. Continue pranic breathing during treatment. 5. Light some sandalwood incense and play the OM CD to cleanse the room. 6. Play the Meditation on Twin Hearts CD for the patient to follow ( or listen to wif the patient is unable to do the MTH )while you are applying pranic psychotherapy on the patient. 7. Relax. 8. Invoke and scan before, during and after treatment. 9. General sweeping. 10. Make the intention to remove stress and irritation energy from the chakra as you do localized sweeping. 11. Apply localized thorough sweeping and energizing on the front and back solar plexus chakra with LV or EV. 12. Inhibit the over activated solar plexus chakra. Project LB simulatneously will the solar plexus chakra to normalize. Do not over inhibit the chakra. 13. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back heart chakra. Energize the heart chakra through the back heart chakra with LV or EV. 14. Localized cleansing and energizing on the crown, ajna and throat chakras with LV or EV. If the ajna chakra is over activated, inhibit it by energizing it with LB. 15. Localized thorough sweeping and energizing on the basic chakra with W. 16. Stabilize and release projected energy. Repeat treatment 3 times per week for as long as necessary. Recommend for patients: It is imporatnt for the patient to have a certain degree of intention to improve. 1. Regular proper practice of the Meditation on Twin Hearts. This has cleansing and energizinf effects on the energy body. The practice of the MTH facilitates the expelling of negative elemntals, seals cracks or holes on th eprotective webs to a substantial degree thus it assists the patient to achieve mental and emotional control and gain inner peace. If there are medical conditions that prevent the proper practice of the MTH, instruct patient to meditate on the Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi and to do blessings once a day everyday. Include the self and the other person in the regular blessings. 2. Abdominal pranic breathing for 10 minutes once everyday and during times of stress and irritation. 3. Regular physical exercise and bath in salt water. 4. Avoid dwelling on any form of negative thought, emotion or activity and environment.
