Dear Rahul,

Namaste.

Medical Background:

Keratosis pilaris is a hereditary mild skin condition.

The skin cells that normally flake off as a fine dust

from the skin form plugs in the hair follicles. These

appear as small pimples that have a dry ''sandpaper''

feeling. They are usually white but sometimes rather

red. They usually don't itch or hurt.

This rash is more common in persons with eczema, dry

skin, or vitamin A deficiency (or a number of more

esoteric skin conditions). The most common spot on the

body for keratosis pilaris is the backs of the upper

arms (92% of affected people have it there). Next most

common is the thighs (59%) (British Medical Journal,

June 1994). It can also occur on the face, buttocks,

and eyebrows. Keratosis pilaris is particularly common

in teenagers on the upper arms. It may occur in babies

where it tends to be most obvious on the cheeks. It

may remain for years but generally gradually

disappears usually before age 30.

Keratosis pilaris is unsightly but completely

harmless. It is usually worse during the winter months

or other times of low humidity when skin dries out,

and may worsen during pregnancy or after childbirth.

Pranic Healing:

1. Invoke and scan before, during and after

treatment.

2. General cleansing.

3. Localized thorough sweeping on the affected

area(s) alternately with LWG and ordinary LWV.

Energize with Pink.

4. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

spleen chakra, the meng mein chakra and the kidneys,

the intestines, the navel chakra, and the basic

chakra.

Energize the navel and basic chakra with LWR.

5. Localized thorough sweeping on the ajna chakra.

Energize with LWG and more of ordinary LWV.

6. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

solar plexus chakra and the liver. Energize the solar

plexus chakras with LWG, LWB and ordinary LWV.

7. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

heart chakra. Energize the heart chakra through the

back heart with LWG and more of ordinary LWV.

If the patient does not have any heart ailment,

simultaneously visualize the heart chakra becoming

brighter and bigger.

8. Energize the affected area with with LWY and LWR

or with Gold.

9. Stabilize and release projected energy.

10. Repeat treatment three times per week.

Recommend:

1. Regular physical exercise.

2. Use warm water with several drops of lavender or

rose essential oil for bathing affected areas. Using

a face towel, or a soft brush or buff puff, gently

scrub affected skin areas. Apply moisturizer after

bathing.

3. Balanced healthy diet with proper volume of fresh

water daily. Include plenty of fresh vegetables and

fresh fruits in daily diet.

Love,

Marilette
