Guest guest
Hi, I'm a newly practicing Pranic Healer and I'm using an 80% Alcohol / 20% water spray bottle solution on my hands. My skin has been getting really dry and flakey. I use lotion all the time, but It's not really doing it for me. I'm hoping to switch to something a little less drying, but as effective. Someone suggested vodka (pricey?). And another suggested salt water (the negative being salt residue). I was wondering if maybe mostly water with eucalyptus/tea tree/or lavendar might be effective. Anyone have any other methods that are working for them? Thanks, Michael

Guest guest
i use vodka (cheap vodka costs $9.99 for 750 ml -- that goes a long way) and lavender oil (i tend to use a lot because it smells good and the patients like the smell, adds to their relaxation and must help my hands since they aren't dry). salt water makes my hands dry. another benefit of using vodka is that it does not have that alcohol smell that can give the patients in a small clinic headaches... lovepeacejoy, namaste, lut , " Michael " <mekiel1111@h...> wrote: > Hi, > > I'm a newly practicing Pranic Healer and I'm using an 80% Alcohol / > 20% water spray bottle solution on my hands. Guest guest
Hi, I personally dislike the idea of using alcohol so instead I clear my hands in other ways. I always wash my hands and arms in hot soapy water iimmediately after healing as recommended by Master Choa and if Ive got any energy contamination on them just sweep them and throw the energy into the disposal unit (the bowl of salt water) till all contamination in them is gone or soak my hands in a large bowl of salt water, rubbing my hands in the salt (that works great). Another thing I sometimes do is(this isnt one of Masters Choas suggestions but I find this works really great so will share) I smudge my hands and body with white sage, which is something the native americas have always used for energy clearing (one can get that at most new agey type of shops, the white sage works much better than the other kinds of sage). All these ideas really help. best wishes tania >arun kumar <arunkumarji > > >Re: Hand Cleansing >Tue, 21 Oct 2003 07:58:52 +0100 (BST) > >Just plain salt water. > >LOVE & LIGHT >Arun > > --- Michael <mekiel1111 wrote: > Hi, > > > > I'm a newly practicing Pranic Healer and I'm using > > an 80% Alcohol / > > 20% water spray bottle solution on my hands.
