regarding anal fissure chronic pain situation

Dear Marilette

Do we have a protocol for anal fissures, This is chronic and there has been

some medical repair but there is still a lot of chronic pain. I haven't seen

or directly talk to the person yet but would like to know the best way to

treat it.

Thanks for the assistance and help you have been providing. The P and Q has

been most helpful to so many.
