Hi Marilette!

I was wondering if sweeping the chakras when taking a salt bath

would be effective as it seemed practical. And when finished

showering,- energize the cleansed chakras.

Best regards

Fred

DearFred,

Namaste.

Thank you for your email.

Do you mean doing self-healing while soaking in salt

water bath? It sounds very interesting. If it works

well, it will save us the salted feeling after all

those unrinsed salt baths!

Please practice it for a few days or weeks and share

with us your findings.

Pranic Healing is not intended to replace orthodox medicine, but rather to

complement it. If symptoms persist or the ailment is severe, please consult

i have been doing this since i started my salt baths (may 2003). then i take a

regular shower. then do a salt rub shower. i think the whole routine helps.

since i do only a minimum of sweeps -- 30 -- per chakra; you can only do so much

in a 20 minute salt bath :) i consider it as an adjunct to the full protocol.

i have found the routine very helpful in minor aches and pains. as well as

managing high blood pressure. but then, i also do the full protocol for

hypertension. since we were taught that you cannot overclean, i figured the

additional cleansing while taking a salt bath would help cleanse the

overactivated chakras esp. the solar plexus :)

also, when i do the salt rub shower, i do it in the form of the general sweeping

and affirm that i am cleansing away all the negative energies... i even imagine

the shower to be an LWV shower.

anyway, just wanted to share my experience...

Hi Marilette!

Yes,- I thought it could be a great procedure for self healing.

Is there a possibility that the when the charkas are cleansed, - the dirt energy

can somehow find its way back to the chakra and other sweeped chakras when

soaking in the salt water,- or does the salt water neutralize the dirty energy

completely and makes it impossible to get polluted by the expelled energy.

I will keep you updated

Best loving regards

Hi,

I have doing self-healing while soaking in salt/coffee water bath/rub and found

it very effective.

Protocol: cleanse all major chakras(more for Solar Plexus)using LWG followed by

LWV. After bath,

allow brilliant white light to flow through you. Also cutting chords(procedure

mentioned in Master

Co's book - Your hands can heal you) before bath (especially after a tiring day)

helps a lot.

Regards,

Lokesh
