Dear I.Punnoose,

Namaste.

Thank you for your email.

Medical background:

Canker sores are a type of mouth ulcer. Some of the

medical terms used to refer to canker sores are

" recurrent minor aphthous ulcers " and " recurrent minor

aphthous stomatitis " . Canker sores are the most common

form of mouth ulcer.

The precise mechanism by which canker sores form has

not been definitively determined but it is likely that

their development is related to a reaction of an

individual's own immune system.

Canker sores are thought to form when, for unexplained

reasons, a person's immune system identifies the

presence of chemical molecules that it does not

recognize. The presence of these molecules activates

an attack by the immune system's lymphocytes (a type

of white blood cell), somewhat like when a person's

immune system attacks a transplanted organ. The

carnage of the lymphocytes' attack on these

unrecognized molecules results in the type of mouth

ulcers we term canker sores.

Pranic Healing:

1. Invoke and scan before, during and after

treatment.

2. General sweeping twice.

3. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

solar plexus chakra and the liver.

Energize the solar plexus with LWG, LWB and ordinary

LWV.

Note: " Thorough sweeping " refers to Divide the Chakra

Into 6-parts technique given in the book, Pranic

Crystal Healing by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui.

4. Localized thorough sweeping on the affected area

alternately with LWG and ordinary LWV.

Energize with LWG, LWB and ordinary LWV (or with Gold

prana). This step is done 3 to 4 times per day until

the condition has substantially improved.

5. Localized thorough sweeping on the throat and jaw

minor chakras. Energize with LWG, LWB and ordinary

LWV.

6. Localized thorough sweeping on the lungs.

Energize the lungs directly through the back lungs

with LWG, LWO and ordinary LWV prana. Your fingers

should be pointed away from the head when energizing

with O.

7. Localized thorough sweeping on the basic chakra.

Energize with LWR. If patient has fever or has

venereal disease, do not energize the basic chakra.

Simply apply localized cleansing on it.

8. Localized cleansing on the minor chakras of the

arms and legs. Energize them with LWR or ordinary

LWV. If the patient has fever or venereal disease,

just use ordinary LWV.

9. Repeat step 6.

10. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

spleen chakra and the navel chakra. Energize the

navel chakra with ordinary LWV.

11. If the spleen is painful, energize the

spleen directly with LWG and ordinary LWV. Do not over

energize. Repeat localized thorough sweeping on th

efront and back spleen chakra.

12. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

heart chakra. Energize the back heart with LWV.

Visualize the energy going to the thymus gland.

13. Localized thorough sweeping on the crown,

forehead, ajna and backhead chakras. Energize them

with LWG and more of ordinary LWV

14. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy.

Repeat treatment 3 times per week.

Recommend:

1. Regular proper practice of the Meditation on Twin

Hearts unless patient has other medical conditions

that prevent the proper practice of th emeditation.

2. Balanced healthy nutrition and diet. Include

plenty of fresh fruits and green, leafy vegetables in

the daily diet. Take plenty of fresh water.

3. Avoid stress.

4. Regular physical exercises.

5. Avoid negative thoughts, emotions, activities and

environment.

6. Regular warm water and salt mouth wash especially

before bedtime.

Love,

Marilette

complement it. If symptoms persist or the ailment is severe, please consult
