Dear Terry,

Namaste.

Thank you for your email.

The instructions given in the guided meditations are

specific, which if followed, will give the desired

effects.

A regular person's normal rooting is about 1 meter

deep. This is sufficient. Three (3) meters or 10 feet

deep is actually more than the regular depth. Rooting

any deeper is not practical for our purpose.

Remember, what we aim to achieve is balanced

development.

Love,

Marilette

Pranic Healing is not intended to replace orthodox medicine, but rather to

complement it. If symptoms persist or the ailment is severe, please consult

immediately a medical doctor and a Certified Pranic Healer . ~ Master Choa Kok

Miracles do not happen in contradiction to nature, but only to that which is

known to us in nature. ~ St. Augustine
