Guest guest
Sun, 20 Jul 2003 18:57:33 -0700 (PDT) Protocol for Access of Uric Acid and Stone in Bladder " ML " <vin Dear Marilette, Could you please provide the protocol for the above? Namaste. ============================================== Dear Vlohmy, Namaste. Thank you for your email. Medical Background: The digestion of protein produces uric acid. If the acid level in the urine is high or too much acid is excreted, the uric acid may not dissolve and uric acid stones may form. Genetics may play a role in the development of uric acid stones, which are more common in men. Diet plays an important role in the development of kidney stones, especially in patients who are predisposed to the condition. A diet high in sodium, fats, meat, and sugar, and low in fiber, vegetable protein, and unrefined carbohydrates increases the risk for renal stone disease. Recurrent kidney stones may form in patients who are sensitive to the chemical byproducts of animal protein and who consume large amounts of meat. Several factors increase the risk for developing kidney stones, including inadequate fluid intake and dehydration, reduced urinary flow and volume, certain chemical levels in the urine that are too high (e.g., calcium, oxalate, uric acid) or too low (e.g., citrate), and several medical conditions. Anything that blocks or reduces the flow of urine (e.g., urinary obstruction, genetic abnormality) also increases the risk. Chemical risk factors include high levels of the following in the urine: Calcium (hypercalciuria) Cystine (cystinuria; caused by a genetic disorder) Oxalate (hyperoxaluria) Uric acid (hyperuricosuria) Sodium (hypernatremia) A low level of citrate is a risk factor for hypocitraturia. The following medical conditions are also risk factors: -Arthritis (painful joint inflammation) -Colitis (inflammation of the colon that causes -chronic diarrhea, dehydration, and chemical imbalances) -Crohn’s disease (intestinal disorder that causes chronic diarrhea, dehydration, and low citrate) -Gout (caused by excessive uric acid in the blood) -Hypertension (high blood pressure) -Hyperparathyroidism (excessive parathyroid hormone, which causes calcium loss) -Medullary sponge kidney (congenital kidney defect that may increase urinary calcium loss and stone formation) -Renal tubular acidosis (inherited condition in which the kidneys are unable to excrete acid) -Urinary tract infections (affect kidney function) Pranic Healing: If there are other medical condition(s) (aside from high uric acid resulting in stones) present, appropriate pranic healing treatment for that condition must also be applied. 1. Invoke and scan before, during and after treatment. 2. General sweeping. 3. Localized sweeping on the meng mein chakra. 4. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back solar plexus chakra and the liver. Energize the solar plexus with LWG then LWB. 5. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back heart chakra. Energize through the back heart chakra using LWG and LWV. 6. Localized thorough sweeping on the affected kidney or bladder and urether alternately with LWG and LWO. 7. Gradually disintegrate stones, energize directly the affected kidney or bladder with LWB, LWG then LWO. If urether is affected, apply the same treatment to the urether. 8. After energizing the kidneys, patient may experience pain on the back head area. Apply localized thorough sweeping on the meng mein chakra, back head chakra and the entire spine until patient is relieved. If necessary, inhibit the meng mein chakra with LWB. 9. If the urethra or the urinary bladder is affected, apply localized sweeping on the sex chakra using LWG then LWO. Energize using LWB, LG then LO. 10. Localized thorough sweeping on the throat and throat minor chakras. Energize them with LWG and ordinary LWV. 11. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back lungs. Energize through the back lungs using LWG and LWO. Your fingers should be pointed away from the head of the patient. 12. Localized thorough sweeping on the navel and basic chakras and the abdominal area. Energize the navel and basic chakras lightly with W. 13. Localized sweeping on the ajna, crown, forehead and back head chakras. Energize them with W. 14. Stabilize and release projected energy. Repeat treatment 3 times per week.
