Medical background:

 

Encephalopathy represents a brain state in which

normal functioning of the brain is disturbed

temporarily or permanently. Encephalopathy encompasses

a number of conditions that lead to cognitive

dysfunction. Some of these conditions are

multifactorial and some have an established cause,

such as hepatic or uremic encephalopathy. Both

genetics and infections through exposure to certain

molds, Lyme's disease, HIV, and ingestion of infected

animal products are some known causes of the disease.

 

Pranic Healing:

 

1. Invoke and scan before, during and after

treatment.

 

2. General sweeping several times.

 

3. Localized through sweeping on the front and back

solar plexus chakras and the liver.

Energize the solar plexus using LWG, LWB then LWV.

 

4. Localized thorough sweeping on the entire brain(

front, back, both sides, centre, top and bottom) ajna,

crown, forehead chakras and backhead minor chakra

using alternately LWG and LWV.

Energize the chakras with LWG then more of ordinary

LWV.

 

5. Localized sweeping on the entire spine and both

sides of the spine using alternately LWG and LWV.

 

6. Localized thorough sweeping on the throat and

secondary throat chakras.

Energize them with LWG then more of LWV.

 

7. Localized sweeping on the front and back lungs.

Energize through the back lungs using LWG, LWO and

LWV. Your fingers have to be pointed away from the

head.

 

8. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

heart chakras and the thymus gland.

Energize through the back heart chakra using LWG then

more of ordinary LWV. Simultaneously visualize the

pranic energy going to the thymus gland.

 

9. Localized thorough sweeping on the front and back

spleen chakras, navel chakra and lower abdominal area.

Energize the navel chakra with LWV.

 

10. Localized sweeping on both arms and legs, the

minor chakras located there. Energize them with W.

 

11. Localized sweeping on the meng mein chakra and

both kidneys.

 

12. Localized thorough sweeping on the basic and sex

chakras. Energize them with LWR.

 

Stabilize and release projected pranic energy.

 

Repeat treatment 3 times per day for the first 3 to 7

days. Gradually decrease frequency of treatment to 3

times per week when scanning results show improved

energy stability and health. Maintenance treatment to

be done for as long as necessary.

 

Healing may be done distantly after the first

treatment.

 

Recommend:

 

1. Regular practice of the Meditation on Twin Hearts

unless there are other medical conditions that prevent

the proper practice.

 

2. Regular physical exercise.

 

3. Healthy balanced diet to include plenty of fresh

vegetables, fruits and sufficient amounts of fresh

water.

 

4. The patient's bedroom, home and work environment

should be provided with proper ventilation and

heating/cooling, sunlight, sanitation and elimination

of any possible molds and mold cultures.
