diseases which cannot be cured with PH

I am writing an article about PH in which I would like to answer the question,

what Pranic Healing can do or not do.

In the basic book I came across (p109) the sentence: 'Although many of the

simple and serious diseases can be healed with PH, it is .... etc.' does this

imply that certain diseases cannot be cured by PH even though other conditions

are favourable (like powerful healer, receptive patient, non-karmic origin, body

of patient not damaged beyond repair etc.)?

Do all diseases manifest themselves first in the etheric body before entering

the physical and hence could in principle be cured with PH or is this statement

too strong?
