Guest guest
Dear Peacerose, Namaste. In the basic level of pranic healing, the cleansing methods are elemntary but effective nontheless. Regular healing practice improves the skill even more. The next level, Advanced Pranic Healing, gives the advanced forms of sweeping. If you find counting while sweeping cumbersome, other methods you can employ are: a.) scan after every few strokes to determine changes in level of energy until you reach the desired level of energy " cleanliness " , b.) play the Om CD or the Meditation on Twin Hearts and ask the patient to do the Meditation while being treated; c.) ask the patient to practice properly the Meditation daily with both feet in a basin of salt water; d.) the healer may also raise her/his own energy level by regular daily proper practcie of the Meditation on Twin Hearts, physical exercise, pranic abdominal breathing, 12 cycles several times per day. All these will facilitate cleansing the energy body and thereby lessen the time spent in cleansing the energy body during the healing session. In pranic healing, " ...energizing without proper cleansing is like pouring fresh coffee in a cup that is already filled with stale coffee; or trying to replace dirty water in a sponge by pouring clean water on top of it. " * The importance of thorough cleansing in pranic healing diseases especially one as serious as cancer cannot be emphasized enough.
