I am asking if there is a shorter method to sweeeping than the

prescribed 200 times on the breast, let alone the liver which is - 50

times and the ajna -30 times. The entire treatment takes one and a

half hours. I'm wondering if there is an easy way to count while

sweeping because it takes a lot of concentration to just count let

alone visualize the prana. Thanks for your help.
