Guest guest
Dear Viswanath, Namaste. Thank you for your prayers and email. Your healthy inquisitivemess is more than welcome. It indicates an intelligent active mind. Ref.: Chapter V - Pranic Self Healing and Pranic Invocative Healing p. 222-224. Meditation On The White Light as given here is a method of cleansing and energizing. At this stage, it may be better not to mix. Do this Meditation separately from the Meditation on Twin Hearts. The MTH has its own cleansing and energizing technique embedded within it. Physical Exercises: These play a vital role in self healing and maintenance of good health. Students are encouraged to develop their own physical exercises with short series of motions to cleanse and energize a specific chakra by inventing certain motions to move your body where a specific chakra is located. This is also done for all the major and minor chakras in the arms and legs. Arhatic Yoga: Doing this course and practicing Arhatic Yoga will certainly help you with your thirst for knowledge and quest for spiritual development. You may check the Arhatic Preparatory Class schedule for the PH center closest to you or from the gateway website: http://www.pranichealing.org The Five Tibetans: " General Advice: Peforming the Five Rites can set many physical changes in motion. Initially, the rites , which stimulate circulation can have a dramatic detoxification effect, and that's one's reason for gradually working into full routine of twenty-one repetitons (per step per day). Once you begin, you may notice that your urine is a darker color or has a strong odor. Or it may sting or burn when you urinate. Women may develop vaginal infection. You may notice an unpleasant change in the smell of your sweat or a slight rash on the skin. You might develop an upper respiratory infection or discomfortin your joints. These symptoms occur as the body begins to excrete poisons and pollutants which have been deposited in the organs, joints and mucuos membranes. Although they are temporary and should be viewed as normal, check with your doctor to make sure these symptoms do not require medical attention. His comments are excerpted from ANCIENT SECRET OF THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH Book 2 ( Doubleday pub. 1999 ) - a companion book to THE ANCIENT SECRET OF THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH book by Peter Kelder ( first publication 1930 ) The teachings of GMCKS always aims to promote balanced development. While it is true that methods are continiously evolving, the techniques taught in each level are those that have been found to be safe, simple and effective for balanced rapid development. However, students are free to experiment. Keep in touch! With Love, Marilette ===================================================== Dear Marilette, greetings and wishes. thanks for your time and patience in answering my mail. Here you go with the details you require in answering my questions. Viswanaath: " In the elementary pranic healing book, meditation on > pillar of light has been mentioned where you cleanse > and energize yourself, and finally process the > excess energy and store it in the Navel storage > units (for Synthetic Ki). " After releasing the excess energy in Twin Heart > Meditation, is it good (or possible) to do the same > thing, thus increasing the amount of Synthetic ki > in our body. " Marilette: Kindly specify the chapter and page in the elementary pranic healing book, Miracles Through Pranic Healing book by Master Choa Kok Sui, where this reference statement was found. GMCKS is the Master and we ask to be his students. The Master has generously revealed powerful secrets and has given clear instructions on the proper practice of the Meditation on Twin Hearts. He even had these instructions printed in his book, Miracles Through Pranic Healing, so that students will not have any confusion. In order for us be be his students and to learn, we need to have true gratitude, respect and love for our Teacher ( Master) by properly following the simple instructions he has given, free of diversion or dillution. Viswanaath: The one I mentioned about the meditation on the white light is found on Chapter V, with the title " Pranic sef healing and pranic invocative healing " (Miracles thru pranic healing - the first book for pranic healing by Master choa Kok sui). I do perfectly agree the greatness of our Master in revealing the wonderful secrets on meditations. But every process evolves, restrengthens and reformulates itself with thoughtful brains working on them. Likewise it was my curiosity to find out why it can't be done this way and what are the potential benefits/drawbacks in the method that came to my head. the whole human race has reached this sophisticated state with the questions " why, where, when, who and how " . A great person like our master would definitely feel positive towards a question like this and answering it. Viswanaath: 3. " Also, I do practice the Five Tibetans (Tibetan power > yoga). Is has been taught that physical exercise is > quite essential to cleanse the etheric body off any > dirty energy. Now, can the five tibetan exercises > be done before and after the meditation on the twin > hearts. I thought it would be much more powerful > than doing ordinary exercises before and after the > meditation. On the contrary, how about doing a few > elementary Tai Chi movements instead of ordinary > exercises. " Viswanaath: I am very well aware that the Tibetan power yoga tends to squeeze out all the chakras of the body, strengthen them and enables them to draw fresh energy to any and all parts of the body. But my concern was to know if it will cause some ill effects like Pranic congestion as the meditation will also generate subtle energies in the aspirant's body. Further, in experimenting it with performing Tibetan power yoga before Meditation on the twin hearts, the experiences of illumination and the downpour of energy is tremendous compared to performing ordinary exercises. That's why I raised that question. I do have another question to add to the previous ones. I am interested in taking up a course on Arhatic yoga when you launch one in India, in my state. Could you please let me know what are the pre-requisites for learning it (like the person should be proficient in Pranic healing, he should have done regular meditation on Twin hearts, and so forth). Thanks Marilette for your time and patience in answering me. It is very kind of you. Take care. May divine peace, love and kindness be with you always and at all times. With prayers, Viswanaath ===== " Real self-knowledge is the awakening to consciousness of the Divine Nature of Man.
