I too would like clarification . I have a patient who has a fibrous ganglion on her wrist . She had one surgically removed years ago and it regrew back in the same spot . It is not arthritic related , this person is otherwise in excellent health . However as it is quite pronounced , aesthetically she would like it gone permanently . It would appear this fibroid is a manifestation related to some past issue within the persons energy matrix . Is there any definate Pranic Healing application for this instance to reduce the fibroid ? namaste - Paul =========================================== Dear Lut and Paul, Namaste. Medical Background: A ganglion is the most common mass that develops in the hand. Ganglion cysts are benign lesions. No cases of associated malignancy have been reported. A ganglion can be described simply as a fluid-filled sac arising from an adjacent joint capsule or tendon sheath. A ganglion can form from almost any joint or tendon sheath in the wrist and hand. The following drawings describe the most common sites for presentation of a ganglion. The exact cause of ganglions remains uncertain. The most popular theory is that ganglions form after trauma or degeneration of the tissue layer responsible for producing the synovial fluid which normally lubricates the joint or tendon sheath. The cyst arises from accumulation of this fluid outside the joint or tendon sheath in a sac or cyst. Ganglions may limit motion in the adjacent joints, or produce discomfort from compression or distention of local soft tissues. Particularly large ganglions can be cosmetically unpleasant. Ganglion cysts of the distal interphalangeal (DIP) joint may produce deformities of the fingernail. Ganglion cysts arising from the flexor tendon sheath at the base of the finger may produce pain when grasping. On rare occasions, ganglion cysts (particularly those associated with the wrist) may cause changes in the bone. Ganglion cysts can frequently be diagnosed simply by their location and shape. They are usually not adherent to the overlying skin and are firmly attached to the underlying joint or tendon sheath. Large ganglions may permit the passage of light through their substance (trans-illumination). X-rays are sometimes helpful in diagnosing ganglion cysts, particularly about the distal interphalangeal joint where associated degenerative arthritis is often found. The presence of a grooved nail bed is a classic finding with a mucous cyst. As other lesions can produce swelling in the same sites as ganglions, a 100% accurate diagnosis cannot be provided without aspiration or excision of the mass. Pranic Healing: 1. Invoke and scan before, during, and after treatment. 2. General cleansing. 3. Localized thorough cleansning on the front and back solar plexus chakras, liver and spleen. This is very important. Energize solar plexus chakra using LWG, LWB then more of ordinary LWV. 4. Localized thorough cleansing onthe front and back solar plexus chakras. Energize through the back heart chakra using LWG then more of LWV simultaneously visualizing the heart chakra becoming bigger and brighter or simply say , bigger, bigger, bigger as you energize through the back heart chakra. 5. Localized thorough sweeping on the specific affected areas, the finger mini chakras, the hand chakra, the armpit chakra using alternately LWG and LWO. Energize the chakras using LWG then LWB then LWV. Energize the specific affected areas using MB then MV. 6. Localized thorough sweeping on the navel chakra and the basic chakra. Energize navel chakra using W. Energize basic chakra using LWR. 7. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy. Repeat treatment 3 times per week. Recommend: 1. Regular proper practice of the Planetary Meditation for Peace (aka Meditation on Twin Hearts) with emphasis on blessing. If the patient has other medicalconditions that prevent the proper practice of the Meditation, blessing may still be practice regularly. 2. Avoid stress. 3. Regular practice of proper physical, etheric, emotional and mental diets. Love, Marilette ===== Pranic Healing is not intended to replace orthodox medicine, but rather to complement it.
