I have done a course in Pranic Psychotherapy and in the book by GMCKS, I cannot find if there is a pranic healing treatment for this attribute. It discusses many emotional and psychological manifestations but not " lack of self esteem " . Would you be able to guide me on a PH treatment on this matter. Many thanks. The following pranic psychotherapy treatment (I., II., and III as a whole) is recommended for creating a positive self-image. Source: pp. 98-102, PP book by GMCKS: Procedure: (This is not a substitute for proper treatment by an experienced pranic psychotherapist, clinical psychotherapist or psychiatrist.) I. Externalize and Disintegrate Negative Thought Entities- 1. To increase effectiveness, invoke for Divine Blessings. 2. Relax and do abdominal breathing. 3. Externalize the traumatic experience, phobia, depressingthoughts, bad habits, or negative thoughts and feelings. This is done by visualizing a whiteboard and projecting your thoughts and feelings onto the whiteboard. The visualization does not have to be clear. What is important is the intention. 4. Disintegrate the accumulated negative thoughts and feelings in the form of negative entities, by simply erasing them with EV. The intention and act of of disintegrating of disintegrating the negative thought entities are symbolized by the act of erasing. 5. This is to be done slowly and gently. At first there will be some degree of resistance. Only a small, superficial erasing can be done. As you continue doing it, the erasing effect becomes more in-depth until it is finally completely erased. 6. Repeat the entire process several times you feel substantially relieved. Repeat the treatment several times within the next few weeks. Other ways of externaliizing and disintegrating accumulated negative thoughts and feeling in the form of negative entities are available in pp 99-100 of the PP book by GMCKS. II. 1.) Proper regular practice of the Planetary Meditation for Peace ( also known as Meditation on Twin Hearts). 2.) After the Meditation spend a few minutes visualizing a brilliant white light or EV going into each of the different chakras and parts of the body and cleansing them thoroughly. After the cleansing of negative thoughts and feelings in the form of negative entities , it is still necessary to clean one's self of negative elementals and seal the holes and cracks in the protective webs. III. Positive affirmations and positive visualization. 1. Make a list of positive self affirmations. 2. Create a positve self image through clear intention and positive visualization. For example: if one has the tendency to be violent, visualize one's self as gentle, calm and objective under tense or provoking situations. 3. Do several cycles of deep slow pranic breathing. Continue the pranic breathing while saying silently the affirmations to yourself. Then still while continuing the pranic breathing, do the positive self image visualization with CLEAR INTENTION. 4.
