Pranic breathing & Kundalini activation

" navarasu " <navarasu

Dear Marilette

Good morning.

I am a basic pranic healer and I follow the principles

mentioned in

the basic pranic healing book given to me during

training.

Query 1:

I practised the pranic breathing 6-3-6-3 cycle

intially and I got

small pain in certain places of front and back chest

area,

specifically between the ribs. Then I stopped for a

few weeks and

later I started practising the 7-1-7-1 cycle and now I

feel better.

I would request your opinion whether the pain which I

experienced was

due to incorrect way of doing pranic breathing and

also request you

to give advise regarding various precautions we have

to adopt while

doing pranic breathing.

Query 2:

I learned simplified kundalini yoga from India years

back. Now,

sometimes, when I am doing MTH, I feel kundalini

sakthi getting

activated in my ajna chakra leading to headache. To

bring it down I

practice shanthi yoga by meditating at basic chakra.

I would like to know whether I am doing MTH the right

way.

Thanks and best regards

Arasu

Dear Arasu,

Namaste.

Thank you for your email.

It is very good to observe the effects of our

practices on our body!

Query 1. The 2 main possibilities that may have

caused the small chest pains experienced when doing

the pranic breathing ( 6-3-6-3).

Congestion due to:

a.) breathing was done through the chest instead of

abdomen; abdomen was not properly expanded and/or

contracted,

b.) pre-existing pranic congestion.

Similar pain was not experienced when using the

7-1-7-1 method because it is a milder form compared to

the 6-3-6-3 method.

Query 2. Pain is an indication of congestion. The

proper practice of the Meditation includes physical

exercises before and after the Meditation. The

cleasning and improved energy flow effects of the

physical exercises prevents congestion as well as

enables the body to assimilate more fresh energy

generated by the Meditation.

The techniques taught by Master Choa are simple yet

highly effective and therefore, to get the intended

results, proper practice is necessary. This means

following instructions properly.

At any rate, feeling pain is good...it demonstrates

that the pranic breathing and MTH techniques result in

immediate palpable effects on the body!

Love,

Marilette
