=================================================

Dear Jenny,

Namaste.

Thank you for your email.

Medical Background:

An overuse strain injury results from overusing

muscles and tendons, often by using repetitive or

forceful motions. Most of these injuries occur in your

hand, wrist or arm. Overuse strain injuries are

usually associated with the workplace. However, the

movements required for jobs such as factory assembly

line work, meat cutting, operating computer keyboards

and playing certain musical instruments are often the

same motions you use in daily activities. The most

noticeable symptom of an overuse strain injury is

pain. However, you may also experience tingling,

weakness, numbness, swelling, and/or stiffness.

According to a recent study in the Journal of the

American Medical association, one out of 5 people who

experience one or more of these symptoms are diagnosed

with having carpal tunnel syndrome, the most common of

the overuse strain injuries.

Pranic Healing Treatment:

1. Invoke and scan before and after treatment.

2. Localized sweeping on the affected part thoroughly

with LWG and LWO

3. Energize affected part with LWG, LWB, LWV.

4. Repeat treantment if necessary. Partial or complete

relief is usually experienced after the first

treatment.

Recommend:

1. Before starting the repetitive task which affects

your wrists, do some stretching exercises for your

fingers, hands, arms and shoulders. Rotate the

shoulders forward a few times then backwards a few

times. You may do the exercises for the fingers,

wrists, arms and shoulders done before and after the

Meditation on Twin Hearts .

2. Rotate tasks so that your wrists are given some

rest.

Love,

Marilette
