Self Healing of Negative Thoughts

Dear Marilette,

 

I heard from my friend that you give apt responses to

queries raised

by pranic healers. I would appreciate if you could

help me solve some

of the psychic problems I am experiencing.

 

I just completed the Basic Pranic Healing course a few

days ago and

would like to do healing for myself, but I am not sure

how to go

about it. I will give below the problems encountered

by me. Please

note that I am 55 years old with two children aged 16

and 12

respectively. I live abroad and my children live in

India and I

normally meet them only once a year when I go on

holiday.

 

It all started with the sudden accidental death of my

wife 10 years

ago. She died of third-degree burns due to the

accidental

inflammation of our gas stove in the kitchen. She was

treated over 3

months in the intensive care unit of a leading

hospital in India

before she passed away. This event has had a serious

impact on my

life and I was having problems of fear and anxiety

ever since. These

psychic disturbances are so well hidden that no one

would ever

imagine that I am undergoing this experience. All my

friends and

colleagues would see me as a mature individual doing

normal work like

a normal person.

 

Let me give below some instances to exemplify my

feelings:

 

a) When I go out, I would immediately foresee myself

meeting with an

accident on my way and this would create fear in me.

Likewise, when

my children go out to school or other places, I would

negatively

imagine that they would meet with some accidents on

the way.

b) Even while I was attending the basic pranic healing

course a few

days back, when our teacher asked us to practice

energizing, I

seriously felt that my partner's head would burst into

pieces due to

incorrect energizing performed by me on his crown

chakra.

Immediately, I said sorry to myself before I went

ahead with

energizing.

 

Simple feelings like the ones listed above happen to

me all the time

and I get negatively affected by it.

 

Could you please give me the step-by-step self healing

procedure

using basic PH techniques.

Thank you for your email.

 

It must have been difficult for you to have this

conditon. There is an effective Pranic Healing

Treatment which you can apply to remove this recurring

traumatic or fear energy from your system. The

prerequisite is just that you must have a certain

degree of intention to change and be diligent in your

practice of the following treatment.

 

Pranic Healing Treatment using basic techniques:

 

1. Daily regular physical exercise at least 30 minutes

to one hour per session.

 

2. Daily proper practice of the Meditation on Twin

Hearts with Psychological Self Healing.

 

You may have your feet in a basin of warm water with

salt while doing the Meditation to hasten the

cleansing process and to lessen contamination of the

environment. This prevents the re-attraction of the

released diseased energy back to your energy body.

 

3. Self Healing:

Connect your tongue to your palate and do pranic

breathing for several cycles before starting the

treatment. Continue pranic breathing while doing the

treatment.

 

a. Invoke and scan before, during and after pranic

healing treatment.

 

b. General sweeping front and back 50 times each side.

 

c. Localized sweeping on the front and back solar

plexus, crown throat and ajna chakras. Sweep 100

times each chakra. While sweeping, intend to remove

and disintegrate the traumatic or fear energy. The

ajna chakra has to be treated to increase the will

power of the person in prder to regulate his thoughts

and emotions. If this is done properly, there should

be noticeable or substantial improvement.

 

d. Sweep the heart chakra front and back 50 times each

side. Energize through the back heart chakra. This

is to create a sense of peace and calmness within you.

 

e. Repeat steps 3. a. to d. twice a week until you are

completely relieved.

 

Continuing the daily physical exercises and Meditation

even after the condition has been healed will promote

a calm, peaceful, productive and healthy life.
