Guest guest
Dear Marilette, Namaste, Could you give me the cause, and treatment of bursitis, Thank you, Bambang B ================================ Dear Bambang, Namaste. Thank you for your email. Medical background: Bursitis simply put is the inflammation of a bursa. Bursae are scattered throughout the body. The function of a bursa is to decrease friction between two surfaces that move in different directions. Therefore, you tend to find bursae at points where muscles, ligaments, and tendons glide over bones. The bursae can be thought of being like sealed pouches with a small amount of oil and no air inside. In the normal state, this would provide a slippery surface that would have almost no friction. A problem arises when a bursa becomes inflamed. It loses its gliding capabilities, and becomes more and more irritated when it is moved. Bursitis can result from any or a combination of the following: -repetitive movement or due to prolonged or excessive pressure, -excessive pressure on a bursa, -resulting from infections such as staphylococcus and tuberculosis, -resulting from some systemic diseases such as gout and arthritis. The most common sites for bursitis are the hip, knee, elbow, and heel. Pranic Healing Treatment: For bursitis without underlying complication like gout or arthritis or infection: 1. Invoke and scan before, during and after treatment. 2. General sweeping 2-3 times. 3. Localized thorough sweeping on the basic, navel, spleen, front and back solar plexus chakras and the liver. Energize basic and navel chakras using LWR. Energize solar plexus with white prana. Carefully and lightly energize spleen with white prana. 4. Localized thorough sweeping on the affected part using laternately LWG and LWO. 5. Energize affected part with LWG then LWB then LWV. 6. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy. 7. Repeat treatment 3 times per week if necessary. Usually the patient may be partially or completely relieved after the first treatment. Avoid the activity that led to the condition: example: reptitive constant pressure or movement of the same joint. Alternate repetitive tasks with breaks to relieve pressure on the same area for a prolonged period. 2. After the initial acute condition has subsided, do regular physical exercise that will strengthen the muscles supporting the affected area. Love, Marilette ===== Pranic Healing is not intended to replace orthodox medicine, but rather to complement it. If symptoms persist or the ailment is severe, please consult immediately a medical doctor and a Certified Pranic Healer . ~ Master Choa Kok Sui Miracles do not happen in contradiction to nature, but only to that which is known to us in nature. ~ St. Augustine Faith Hill - Exclusive Performances, Videos & More http://faith.
