Dark circles around eyes and always tired or

hungry ...

 

 

Client = woman late 30's, vegetarian since birth.

 

Is darkness around the eyes and tiredness

interconnected? Her holistic practitioner thinks that

she has to eat chicken/fish/eggs (one of these) every

meal. Ofcourse she want to stay vegetarian. And

another woman has similar diagnosis but does not have

the darkness in the eyes. She on the other hand has

severe osteoporosis.

 

Please advice pranic healing for these symptoms?

Given the symptoms mentioned and the recommended diet,

the wholistic practitioner seems to be focusing on the

diet route for treatment which is a part of proper

healing. Unless the condition is genetic and

depending on the nutritional deficiency/requirements

of the patient it is possible to get the same

nutrients in a vegetarian diet. A vegetarian food

source for iron, the required mineral for blood

production, is not as easily absorbed by the body than

from a meat source. Proper and wise food combination

is therefore needed. In some cases a vegan diet may

be need to supplemented depending on the underlying

health condition that needs to be addressed/balanced.

 

What may be common in the two cases you mentioned is

the diminished amount of healthy red blood cells.

 

A thorough scanning of this patient is strongly

suggested to check if there are no other more serious

underlying condtions present aside from what is

apparent.

Red blood also known as the erythrocyte, is a

disc-shaped cell. It loses its nucleus after leaving

the bone marrow (where it is produced). In severe

osteoporosis, there is bone mass loss therefore the

bone marrow is compromised resulting in the limited

capacity to produce red blood cells. Red blood cells

have a life span of approximately 120 days before they

are broken down by macrophages (in the spleen). Red

blood cells carry oxygen to the tissues by binding

oxygen to hemoglobin contained inside the erythrocyte.

 

 

Pranic Healing Treatment for the younger female:

 

1. Invoke and scan before, during and after treatment.

 

2. General sweeping twice.

 

3. Localized sweeping on the basic chakra thoroughly

and alternately using LWG and LWO prana. Energize

with LWR.

 

4. Localized sweeping on the arms and legs with

emphasis on their minor chakras. Energize the minor

chakras of the arms and legs with LWR.

 

5. Localized sweeping on the front and back heart

chakras. Energize the back heart with LWG then with

LWR.

 

6. Localized sweeping on the navel and on the lower

abdominal area. Energize the navel chakra with LWG

then more of LWR prana.

 

7. Thorough localized sweeping on the front and back

solar plexus chakras and on the liver using LV or EV.

Energize the solar plexus with LWG then with

ordinary LWV.

 

8. Localized sweeping on the front and back spleen

chakra. WITH CAUTION: energize the spleen chakra with

LWG then with ordinary LWV.

 

9. Localized sweeping on the ajna chakra. Energize

with LWG, then with more of ordinary LWV.

 

10. Stabilize and release projected pranic energy.

 

11. Repeat treatment 3 times per week.

 

12. Proper regular practice of the Planetary

Meditation for Peace ( also known as the Meditation on

Twin Hearts ).

 

13. Daily balanced healthy diet to include FRESH dark

green leafy vegetables (not over cooked)broccoli,

spinach, Romaine lettuce and Brussels sprouts, fresh

fruits, soy based food products, dairy products,

cooked beans, chick peas, lentils, corn, asparagus,

peas, nuts, sunflower seeds and fortified breads,

cereal and pasta.

 

The following factors will INCREASE the iron

absorption from foods:

 

-a good source of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) - i.e.,

oranges, grapefruits, tomatoes, broccoli, and

strawberries, eaten with the fruits, vegetable and

grains suggested above,

 

-use iron pots such as a cast iron skillet for

cooking food.

 

The following factors will DECREASE iron absorption:

 

- taking large amounts of tea or coffee consumed with

a meal (the polyphenols bind the iron)

- excess consumption of high fiber foods or bran

supplements (the phytates in such foods inhibit

absorption

- high intake of calcium -- take your calcium

supplement at a different time from your iron

supplement.

 

 

14. Drink proper amounts of water per day in sips:

1/2 liter per 10 kgs. body weight.

 

15. Daily light physical exercise at 30 minutes to 1

hour per session.
