can a thirteen year old do twin heart>

on frequency of practice , precautions and

observations would be highly appreciated.

Can u please tell me if a 15 year old girl can do his

meditation. I believe the book on Advanced PH is

pretty clear but has anything changed ( information )

which will permit 15 year olds to do above ?

The technical aspect of the teachings by Grand Master

Choa Kok Sui is always evolving.

 

The practice of the Planetary Meditation for Peace

( also known as the Meditation on Twin Hearts ) by

persons below 16 years old is now possible with

certain guidelines that have been given and found

suitable based on actual experience by groups of

children - 10 yrs. old and above, in India.

 

Enclosed is a copy of the report by Ms Kombli

Rajagopal, the primary PPM organizer/teacher in India,

on the subject.

Greetings from Bangalore. As per MCkS guidelines

children below 16 years can practice Twin Hearts once

a week. They seem to need more exercise after the

meditation otherwise they do seem hyperactive.Apart

from this the practice is the same as for adults.I

have also found that it is easier if we group the 10

, 11 & 12 year olds saparately

& the 13 - 16 year olds together.The younger ones get

a little restless

& it is better if they dont join the older group.
