Guest guest
Dear Marilette, A new PH graduate has just found out that she's pregnant. Should she do the meditation? Can she practice pranic healing? Is it prudent for women to take PH courses during pregnancy? Love and light, Tamara======================================================= Dear Tamara, Greetings. Thanks for your email. I. On the practice of Twin Hearts while pregnant: Yes and no. Generally no but it depends on the individual's energy body. Normally, pregnancy activates and enlarges the lower chakras. If the individual has clean and properly balanced chakras , the proper practice of the MTH is wonderful for the over all well being of the mother and child. However, this must be done with caution. If any discomfort is experienced, immeditately stop the practice. Subtle energy e.g. pranic energy and Divine energy , are real and neutral. The effect the is not only in one but in several of the inter penetrating layers of the bodies. When the Meditation on Twin Hearts is properly practiced, Divine energy is brought down and activates the crown and heart chakras. The energy affects the other chakras as well. Depending on the the individual's pre exisitng condition of the other chakras, the larger, more active chakras are capable of receiving more energy. Energy is neutral. If the chakras are not clean or are not balanced, the energy brought down by the Meditation will simply magnify whatever is already present in the chakras. This is the reason why the proper practice of the MTH includes not only chakral activiation but also a.) physical exercise, b.) regular self purification and character building through inner reflection c.) invocation d.) blessing e.)then physical exercise again. II. A pregnant woman can still practice Pranic Healing for simple ailments. Pranic self-healing especially helpful in relieving pregnancy discomforts , assists in easier delivery and faster recovery after childbirth. III. Doing Pranic Healing Class during pregnancy. This is good for an expectant mother to do provided : a.) no random scanning, sweeping or energizing done on the pregnant person by another student. This is to avoid accidentally over energizing the chakras or affect the unborn child. b.) there is no pre existing medical condition which may be aggrevated by the surge of energy that some persons experience during the workhop.
