Guest guest
Dear Vidisha, Namaste. Hypertension and hypotension both involve a malfunctioning meng mein chakra. In general, pain is an indication of pranic energy congestion. The physical exercises before and after the meditation are very important for decongestion. General sweeping and thorough localized sweeping of each major chakra before meditation would likewise help diminish pranic energy congestion. Regularly physical exercises (even when not meditating), regular bath in water with salt are also adviseable. If severe pain or adverse effect is experienced during meditation, the person is advised to immediately stop the practice.
