Guest guest
Dear Master Fe A lot of spiritual aspirants have encountered difficulties often associated with spontaneous activation/awakening of the Kundalini Energy. Some of these " kundalini syndrome " symptoms are overheating, constant fevers, insomnia, hallucinations, obsessive compulsions, uncontrollable sex drive, indifference, relationship problems and more. In addition, students can initially be hit with many obstacles such as physical and psychological ailments, relationship problems and worst - financial disasters. This is due to the rapid materialization of negative karma and latent tendencies. Is this true of those who have done / practise Pranic Healing and the Twin Hearts Meditation also, not taking into consideration those who have done Arhatic Yoga or other advanced Courses beyond Pranic Psychotheraphy. If so, how can this be tackled thru Advanced Pranic Healing and Psychotheraphy and can one continue with the Twin Hearts meditation despite the manifestation of any of the above mentioned conditions. I look forward to hearing from you Kind regards Pranicman -------- Dear Pranicman, Greetings. When a practitioner experiences difficulties due to kundalini awakening, he is advised to stop the practice immediately even if it is just the Meditation on Twin Hearts. He has to do physical purification which includes proper diet, physical exercises, and breathing exercises. These will remove old and used-up energy and allows spiritual energy to flow smoothly into the body. He has to avoid eating pork and fish with no scales such as eels and catfish. He has to avoid smoking, addictive/ hallucinogenic drugs, and alcoholic drinks. The practitioner should consciously practice inner purification and firm resolution to strengthen and build his character. In addition practitioner should do the following: 1. Service 2. Tithing 3. Grounding 4. Self-healing (sweeping & energizing all the chakras and the bodies). Love and light, masterfe
