The Chakral Technique is taught in Pranic Psychotherapy & Psychic Self-Defense courses. It's also in the book. A Pranic Healer is advised not to create a shield especially when treating psychotherapy cases. The reason being is that negative energies created by the patient send to the healer consciously or unconsciously can bounce back to the sender. This will create more problem.
