Dear Tjandra,

Greetings and welcome.

I suggest you take the Advanced Pranic Healing course so you'll learn how

to apply color pranas properly. Most common are:

LWR - light whitish red

LWO - light whitish orange

LWY - light whitish yellow (this color can be access from the

basic or from the crown depending on the nature of

the problem.)

LWG - light whitish green

LWB - light whitish blue

LWV - light whitish violet or ordinary violet

EV - electric violet

You may practice Meditation on Twin Hearts at least 2 times a week. Others

are doing it once a day or every other day. It's your choice. However,

you must listen to your body. If you feel your body is not able to handle

the energy or is adjusting, then just take it easy...

Check if you have a PPM (PLanetary Peace Movement) representative in your

area. He/she will guide you.

Love and light, masterfe
