Guest guest
Namaste. Could you explain to me the apparent contradiction of self healing, yet it's not recommended to heal when ill? Is it only healing others when oneself is ill that one must refrain from? Is it ok to heal oneself while ill? Thank you. Shelly--- Dear Shelly, Greetings. One of the basic laws in healing is the Law of Self-Recovery. This means that the physical body has the capacity to heal itself. When you do self-pranic healing, you are increasing the level of life force in your system thereby helping your body to increase its rate of self-recovery. In general, it is not recommended to heal others when one is sick because: 1. The body needs the energy to heal itself, and 2. To avoid contaminating the patient.
