dear dick,

physical eye exercises:

1. eye rotations

- to the right 12x

- to the left 12x

2. turn eyes upward then downward (1 cycle) 12x

3. turn eyes left then right 12x

4. you may also include cross eye/wall eye exercise.

you may request a senior pranic healing instructor todemonstrate this.

5. do this several times a day..

If you combine the exercises with the pranic healing

technique, you should feel the difference almost

immediately. if you want to be more conservative, you

may give yourself at most a week.. love, fe
