Guest guest Posted January 4, 2001 Report Share Posted January 4, 2001 masterfe <masterfe bad eyesight Wed, 28 Jun 2000 10:40:55 -0700 (PDT) dear dick, physical eye exercises: 1. eye rotations - to the right 12x - to the left 12x 2. turn eyes upward then downward (1 cycle) 12x 3. turn eyes left then right 12x 4. you may also include cross eye/wall eye exercise. you may request a senior pranic healing instructor todemonstrate this. 5. do this several times a day..
