QUESTION:

Here is another question of concern. I do realize that this may require a

very advanced haler to tap into, but I would like to help someone from a

distance. This person is addicted to cigarettes. He wants to quit, but is

having troubles giving the up the habit. (He's been smoking for 20 years.)

Is there anything I can do, from here, 2000 miles away from him, to help

him to be rid of this nicotine addiction?

Thank you!! Much warmth, Pauline

dear pauline,

greetings..

there are 2 principles connected with pranic distant healing:

1. principle of interconnectedness - this means that your energy body and

the energy body of the person you want to help but who is 2000 miles away

are linked. and both of you are parts of the energy body of the planet earth.

2. principle of directability - you can direct the healing energy to this

person by just thinking about him.

these 2 principles are very important in doing pranic distant healing. the

procedure is very easy.

however, since, you haven't taken the ph courses, i suggest the following:

1. imagine him, about 1 inch in height, infront of you

2. raise your hands in a blessing position (very similar to the blessing of

the small planet earth when you do Meditation on Twin Hearts.)

3. tell him his good qualities. talk to him as if he hears you.

4. tell him that he has developed the will and desire to stop smoking.

5. visualize that he has stopped smoking.

6. tell him that he is blessed with good health. and that with the help of

God he has developed the will to stop smoking, and that he is blessed with

the virtue of self-mastery.

7. better if you do this after your meditation.

8. and, i strongly recommend that you take the courses as soon as possible

so you can help the person more effectively and efficiently.

love, fe
