Dear Richard - and this is written with no offense to the non-christian

rs to this list.

Look beyond the words and terminology of pranic healing and see what they mean.

What I am going to

explain is only a small reference to healing with the light as found in the New

Testament (The

Master ahs several references and allusions in the pranic texts also). Jesus

Christ is described

in the scriptures as " The Light " (Jn 1:4-9; 8:12)and pranic healers are 'light'

workers. If

Christ is the light we are by definition " Christ " workers. Christ quite often

did not

differentiate between healing and the forgiving of sins (Matt. 9:5; Mk 2:9; Luke

5:23) and all in

all healed the sick when they had sufficient faith (seen spiritually as a violet

white light form

in pranic healing!). When light or pranic healing is done, that very same light

is invoked and

people are healed " in full faith " . It is also written that " he that is not with

me [the light] is

against me " (Matt. 12:30; Luke 11:23)- are you against him [the Light] when

healing your fellow

man? Pranic or light healing seeks to heal through first invoking divine

guidance and will in the

matter and then heal through faith - and without faith it is impossible to

please God (Heb. 11:6).

You seek to please him. It is also written in the first two great commandments

that we should

love our fellow man as ourselves (Matt. 22:39), succour those in need and to be

aware that we may

entertain, feed, cloth or heal Angels unawares (Heb.13:2). Because inasmuch as

we have done it

unto the least of these my brethren you have done it unto God (Matt.

25:40,44-45). I testify from

the bottom of my heart that I have been closer to Christ through my

administrations of healing

those in need then I have in giving 10 sermons or 100 debates over dogma. It is

impossible to

invoke the light in healing without invoking " The Light " or Jesus Christ. Or as

Christ put it

himself when accused of using Beezelbub to heal " Every Kingdom divided against

itself is brought

to desolation ... If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his

kingdom stand? " (Lk

11:14-20).
